“I recommend it 100%. It's a gated community with controlled access, right across from the GNP tennis stadium, with a really nice pool area. I had my doubts because there were no reviews yet, but the host told us we were the very first guests. Even so, his attention was excellent — always on top of every detail and question. The apartment has A/C and ceiling fans with remote controls, so you never have to get up to turn them off. We'll be back in December.”

What our guests usually ask: condo rules, access, hours and fines.
You get 1 assigned space for the apartment. Your visitors park in the spaces around the cluster perimeter. Other units' spaces can't be used, even if empty.
No. The condo does not allow parties or events. Music inside the apartment must be kept at a moderate volume, and even lower after 11:00 PM.
Yes, but they need the owner's prior approval and notice to the administration: maximum 4 people, no pool access and no overnight stays. Without that notice, the gatehouse will deny entry.
Yes. Breaking the rules brings a first warning; if repeated, a $2,500 MXN fine. The condo charges it to the owner and we pass it on to you as the guest, so please respect the condo rules.
Yes. On arrival you stop by the administration office for your ID wristbands ($50 MXN each, subject to change). Without a wristband there's no access to the condo or common areas; keep it on — replacements are charged.
Up to 6 guests. That's the condo maximum for 2-bedroom units, and the stay is registered with the group's names 48 hours in advance.
Check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Entry is via smart lock: the code arrives at the email and phone used for your booking, close to your arrival date.
9:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily (maintenance 7:00–9:00 AM). The jacuzzi is for ages 12+, no exceptions, and there is no lifeguard on duty.
No glass or ceramic items, and no coolers. No eating, smoking or drinking inside the pool; food only at the tables around the palapa. Saving loungers is not allowed (after 20 minutes unused, belongings are removed) and inflatables over 60 cm are banned.
The pool towels provided in the apartment: they are the condo-approved ones (honey colored, with the logo and unit number). Towels or umbrellas of any other color are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed. Special cases only upon request and with the owner's approval before booking. Even when approved, pets can't be in the green areas, pool or jacuzzi.
Not inside the apartment; smoking is allowed on the private terrace. No smoking in the pool or jacuzzi.
In the containers around the cluster perimeter, always in well-closed bags. Don't leave trash or objects on the terrace.
No. The Club House is for owners only; rental guests don't have access. You do have the pool, jacuzzi, waterslide, kiddie pool and swim-up bar.
Yes, with your access sticker always visible on the rear-view mirror. The speed limit inside the condo is 10 km/h.
